Lee Tae-min, better known by the Taemin, He is a South Korean singer, actor, dancer and songwriter. He debuted at age 14 as a member of the group Shinee in May 2008, and has since gone on to become one of the best-selling artists in Korea. His Role Model is a Michael Jackson

PERSONAL LIFE

In March 2011, he transferred to Hanlim Multi Art School from his previous school, Chungdam High School to accommodate his hectic schedule for Shinee's Japanese advancement. He graduated in February 2012, but was unable to make it to the ceremony due to his group's activities. He is currently majoring in Musical and Film at Myongji University.


CAREER

  2008: Debut with SHINee

On May 25, 2008, he debuted as a member of SHINee with the group's first mini album Replay.


 2014: Solo debut


He made his debut as a solo artist on August 18, 2014 with his first mini album Ace.


2019: Debut with SuperM

 On August 4, 2019, he was revealed as a member of the supergroup SuperM. The group debuted on October 4 with their self-titled mini album.

SHINee's Taemin has taken over the album sales charts.




His 3rd album 'Never Gonna Dance Again: Act 1' was released on September 7th, and it ranked at #1 on the weekly album sales charts such as Hanteo and HotTracks.This is in addition to topping 32 different countries on the iTunes chart as well as China's QQ Music and Japan's Line Music Album Top 100.

Lee Taemin, better known simply as Taemin, has always appeared to be missing an off-button. After only a couple of weeks promoting his latest solo single – the dark, throbbing electronic pop of ‘Want’, which he describes as “space disco” – he’s now busying himself with preparations for Seoul concerts this month. Signed to SM Entertainment as a teen, Taemin did three years’ training before joining Shinee; his vocals weren’t as good as his dancing, but practice paid off'.

In 2016 he released the first of three solo albums, and last year joined K-pop super group SuperM
The video features Taemin on set with Super Junior's Shindong as the director and in the practice room as he talks about his thoughts as an artist. The SHINee member also opens up about his image, ambition, and the concepts of his albums, including 'never Gonna Dance Again: Act 1'.

  Flame of Love is the second Japanese  extended play  (third overall) by South Korean singer  Taemin  under   EMI Records , a division of   Universal Music Japan . It was released digitally and physically on July 18, 2017.The first single, which has the same name as the album, was released in July 2017 when Taemin held his first solo concert in Japan at Budokan arena in Tokyo. which attracted 28,000 fans. The visual contents was co-produced by  Mika Ninagawa .
